Aroma: rich floral scent of white peaches, grapefruit, citrus and melon;
Mouthfeel: medium-high acidity, dryness, medium body, main note of ripe hard fruit with hints of tropical fruit and bananas;
Extremely fresh and refreshing long finish;
Serving temperature: 10-12°C;
Pairs well with: grilled or fried seafood, fresh salads, white cheeses (especially feta).
