Yes, you must be 18 years or older to order wine from our website. By ordering wine from our website, you declare that you are 18 years or older and that the contact person for delivery is also of legal age.
Payment
You can pay for a product using one of the following methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
You can pay via online banking or at a bank teller, by transferring the amount due for your order to the account listed below. When making the payment, you must enter your order number and your name as the payment reason.

For every order you place, you'll receive an invoice from us. If you'd like an invoice issued to a legal entity, please include the legal entity's details in the order notes. You can receive your invoice electronically via email when purchasing products online, or by courier, included in your order package.
Delivery
Yes we ship across the entire country?
No, we do not currently deliver outside of Bulgaria.
The courier company we work with is Econt.
Standard delivery is free for orders over 200 BGN, which is borne by the seller. For orders under 200 BGN, the delivery price is determined by the current courier prices based on the type of delivery and the weight of the shipment. The specific delivery price is calculated automatically upon completion of an order.
The delivery time after shipment is the one mentioned at the time of ordering.
You can track the status of your shipment using the number on the waybill it is on, by calling our phone number 0887 790 979 or by calling the relevant courier company making the delivery.
We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
Return and Exchange
Returning a product purchased from us is done by filling out the form below and returning the product along with it to the office address to which the shipment was sent.
