Saignée rosé wine with a deep pink color, reminiscent of the rosé wines of the Southern Rhône. The aroma is of intense red fruits and oranges. The mouthfeel is complex with deep flavors of strawberry syrup, red cherries and nectarines. The wine is full-bodied, thanks to its high alcohol content. It is a perfect accompaniment to grilled white meat, medium-spicy hors d'oeuvres, Asian cuisine and cheeses.
